Mr Oakes

Mr Oakes contacted the showroom by phone stating he'd seen on our latest link a leather suite made for a Mr& Mrs Pitts. We were asked to quote for 2x two seater settee's in a natural leather. The base under the cushions were to be coil sprung. Seat interiors were to be feather filled and the length of each to be 65" long. Mr Oakes was asked to call into the showroom to go through styles and different leather's. One problem he stated, "we live in Bodmin, Cornwall !!". Samples were sent through the post and when a choice was made, Mr Oakes phoned.

A price was calculated and the order was given. Mr Pitts the person the first suite was made for was asked if he'd be happy to talk to Mr Oakes to discuss the service and build quality etc. Mr Pitts was more than happy. (thank you very much for that Mr Pitts).. I delivered the settee's myself along with my Girlfriend one Friday, staying over and making a weekend of it. We added the scatter's as a gift not knowing the colour of his carpet & curtains. They went together very well.
